Creating Orders and ClassifiedsWhat Exactly IS this Service and How does it Work?
This site and its services are a combination of several popular types of services Most of you are already familiar with. On one hand it is setup to function much like the popular Craigs List classifieds service many of you have used before. It is also setup much like the popular Online Yellow Pages directory service as well.
Unlike most classifieds listings, our service is designed to get a business well listed in Google and to do so with a Mobile Friendly PAGE (which none of the other services we know about does).
This system is much more like an Online Yellow Pages listing and directory service than anything else!
This system is setup to ASSUME the ad Placer is some sort of Business. If not, it matters not as you can still add Sale Items, Notices, Events, and much more regardless as that is how the system is setup. Here is the Layout.
- The viewer Creates an Account. Once you have created at account if you wish to create and manage some Ads for yourself at this site You would begin by Logging in and going to your Account by clicking on My Account
- Once you are in the My Account section you can Create an Ad either personal type ad or Business ad by Clicking on the Advertise link along the left.
- From the Advertise page you will see options for various Plans you can select to have your Ad listed under. Simply make your selection and then click on the Submit button to apply your settings.
FREE Account holders are well - FREE so there is no need to checkout using our PayPal checkout. Free members are allowed 2 ad2 per 30 day period each with a single Image/photo to represent whatever it is your ad is about.
Our Paid for account types allow much more features available as well as photos. The Gold 2 Plan PUTS YOUR banner along the top of our site and offers a very robust set of features.
When you Sign UP as a member - You are NOT BILLED ANYTHING AT ALL. It is ONLY if you create a Listing (ad) that you may be billed for that service. Even then Free Listings are NEVER BILLED as they are well - FREE!
As a member you CAN create Orders (ads) under any or all the various Account types offered. There is a Free Plan (Free), a Bronze Plan, and a Gold Plan. You can have listings in ALL of these plans as a member. We suggest our Gold Members take advantage of this service by also creating 2 ads under the Free Plan as well for optimum advertising effect.
Searching this site is easy and can be done multiple ways
* You can browse locations (states/city)
* You can browse categories
* You can use our Advanced search page which allows searching photos/special offers/documents/and all else
* You can use the simple search which displays along the top of all the pages at this site.

To search the simple search form such as seen above you can simply type in a Keyword in the field to the left and hit the search button to conduct your search. This will return a broad result of course.
Should you wish to fine tune your results - Say find what you are looking for in a particular area of the nation try typing in your keyword in the Find What field, and in the location field try using the City Name in the Location field above for local area searches for your keyword. Also try the Zip code as one method or another may return different Local results!
Clicking on our Advanced Search button along the top of the page allows you to search for the above search methods as well as conduct a Coupon Search, Photo Search, or Document search.
Just like if you do any online bill paying/banking/or use Paypal - Those sites will log you OUT of their site as a legit member of them after xx minutes or so, So does THIS SITE. This helps prevent abuse by unauthorized viewers (on YOUR computer) and protects YOU.
To log Back in and do what you need to do for your Account simply Click on the Login Now button or link along the top portion of the page. Enter your username/password to log back in and do what you need to do.
IF you have checked the Keep me signed In option on the login page chances are Your computer WILL remember you next time you visit us (depends on your browser settings and such) and you will not need to go through the process of looking up your username/password to this site.
SOOOOoooo What this all means is simply to WRITE DOWN YOUR login information you used when you created your account so that if you find yourself logged OUT, you can get back in readily and quickly...
For those of you who have NOT recorded that information when you created your account, you CAN use the Password Reminder utility from the login page to send you a New Password allowing you to login again to the site.
Once you ARE logged into the site as a member here, you can always CHANGE your account information (including your Password) anytime you wish to do so.
Although our Free account type plan is well - FREE, we often will be running some Special Offers on the other pay for plans we make available. Any Specials we may be running at any time will be listed in our Special Offers page.
If you are a member of this site and are on our sites News letter mailing list, we will send you notices when we have such special offers available (or they have changed). If you are not on the mailing list, you can review the page listed above anytime for the latest offers we may be running.
I KEEP Getting emails from you! Why and how to stop them?
By default when you signed up as a member you were automatically added to our small Easy Online Classifieds News Letter Mailing list. To turn OFF such emails from us to you simply --> login to your account -->View/Edit account --> Email lists and de select any lists you are subscribed to.. Just that easy!
This does NOT remove you from us contacting you regarding your account or postings/content YOU may create within this site of course.

What Should I do to be able to Add Listings here?
You will need to Create an Account by clicking on the Create an Account link along the top left side of our pages Nav section. By having created an account it allows the (Now Member) the ability to Rate and comment on various business listings at this service, as well as allows YOU the ability to create and manage your own ads at this site.
How do I upgrade My Account
- Login to your account first
- Click on Orders
- Click on Mangage and then the Edit option for your order
- Now under Product/Services (at the top of this page) Click Change
- Now simply select the Upgrade plan you wish to upgrade your account into
All accounts except the FREE type require payment to process the upgrade. We use PayPal for payment which does NOT require you to have a paypal account to pay for the service by any means.
In addition we DO have some Discount Coupons you can apply at checkout time if they apply to you - Ask us BEFORE check out time if they apply to you and we will send you the coupon code to use.
Basically we operate many various Membership Services and sites. Members of one of those other membership sites generally will qualify for a Discount on the other services we offer (including this service here)...
Simple. All orders have to be Manually APPROVED or Denied in order to display at our classifieds service. This at least HELPS to ensure some level of integrity for our listings for all our sites viewers/and ad placers benefits alike.
Certainly SOME ads will Fall Through the cracks with some ridiculous offers or Totally Bogus content. In such cases CONTACT US and tell us about those and we will certainly look into the content as added !!!
Why does my Ad show up as a New Listing but fails to display in the Category Heading I entered it within?
Once again, when we MUST HAND Approve a listing. It takes about an hour for it to display fully AFTER we have approved it to display.
If you edit your ad every hour or so, it may NEVER DISPLAY at all..
You can pay an invoice by first logging into your account.
Click the "Invoices" link on the left menu after logging in.
Click the "Pay Now" link next to the invoice you wish to pay.
Yep, getting paid is important when you are selling products/services. PayPal is probably one of the Best ways of getting paid for something you are offering. To Get paid using Paypal you first well - Need to have a PayPal account. Others who are Paying you do NOT need a Paypal account to send you money however.
You can NOT add PayPal buttons at this site as they use Java script which is not allowed here. What you CAN do however is indicate to others to use the Pay Pal send money page which allows anyone with an email address to send money to you for what you are selling.

Then all you need do is tell your buyer WHAT your PayPal Email account is they have on file for your account when you created your Paypal account and the Total for what it is you are selling.
Today, ANYONE can forge a Money order, or Check. When taking payments for your products unless you KNOW the person buying them, insist on a Postal Money order because they will know immediately if the money order is valid when you go to redeem it, OR insist on the buyer using PayPal to send you your money.
With this in mind the BEST way to proceed is simple
- Know the price of your item including Tax/Shipping/etc and list it on your listing easy to find
- Indicate to your visitors that to Buy The item they have to Contact you via Email with their name/address/phone/or whatever other information you need to fulfill their order
- Now that you HAVE their response in your email, Send them the Paypal link above and instruct them to use whatever your paypal email address is when they fill the form out at PayPal.
This method is actually a MUST DO for one of a kind items as you can only sell them ONE TIME and this method will help get rid of chargebacks for NOT fulfilling the order (as you may have already sold it)..
IF you do decide to take Checks, keep the item until the check has cleared your bank and make sure you TELL the customer you can not ship the item until it has (around 3 weeks)..

What About using ZIP CODES If I am Unsure what they are?
Simple. Use the Zip code finder which allows you to FIND zip codes for any US City quickly. Also gives you the County the city is located in and more information as well.
Using Zip codes for an area is more efficient and generally will return better results! WHY? well, many times people spell a city name WRONG IE Is it St Augustine OR Saint Augustine (Example). Also many will spell the State Name wrong (or use an improper state abbreviation)...

HOW DO I MAKE A REQUEST TO ADD A NEW CATEGORY FOR MY LISTINGS?
Simple, Contact us using our Contact Us form and make the request. Be specific when doing so by indicating any Main Category or Sub Categories you woul like to see the new entry added into. We do NOT honor such requests via phone! Only via Email...
New Request for adding New Categories/Features MUST also come from a registered User of this service since ONLY THEY are allowed to add content within the new Category/Service anyway.
Simple, use the Contact Us link or button you can find either along the TOP of the site, or along the top left side of the page.
You may contact a listing by clicking the "Send Message" link when viewing the listing detail page. If the listing does not have an email address the "Send Message" link will not appear.
A review can be added to a listing by clicking the "Add Review" link when viewing a listing detail page.
The number of images allowed in the gallery depends on the listing product type.
Our Free plan DOES OFFER a Single image/Photo. Review our various PLAN Listings section to see what each one offers and how much they offer.
Your Images can be added, removed, and replaced with new ones within your account manager. Your images also allows you to include keywords and descriptions which ARE Searchable by viewers of this site. This makes your Photos more Dynamic in nature and certainly a MUST DO if you are serious about what you have to offer!
